How do you change oil on Honda Dylan 125 scooter?

I sucked it out with with a syringe because the drain plug was wrecked and rounded off. To re set the oil the warning indicator to off you, 1. Turn ignition off. 2. Press the reset button and at the same time turn the ignition on. 3. Then turn the ignition switch off.
