How do you get to the tea party on mysims agents?

Well, there's a little castle looking bit at the top of the cliff. Move a few of the blocks with your F-Space Minipulator so that you can climb up and then jump onto a new cliff. There are some tall bits that you need to jump on, and then onto the cliff. You will see Clara and the giant squid thing there, along with the picnic.
