It tells you that the juice is coloured orange and that the litmus strip is simply showing the colour of the stuff that it is dipped into. A litmus strip should turn red in an acid environment but if you dip it into a mixture of mainly blue ink (neutral) and a tiny bit of vinegar (mild acid) it will turn blue and not red. Why? Because the blueness of the ink overwhelms the effect of the mild acid.
