No, pie-bald is a recessive trait that even when both parents show it (homozygous), sometimes only 25% of the hatchlings show it and other merely carry it (heterozygous). A hatchling pie-bald can range in price from $1000.00-$2000.00, depending on the breeder and your location. Snakes that are het. for the trait are marked up considerably. Very careful and selective breeding as well as the study of snake genetics has produced many many morphs of Ball Pythons. Some as pricy as Five-Thousand dollars. To understand Ball Python genetics, I would reccommend contacting your closest and/or most reputable reptile specialty store. They can answer a lot of questions on breeding because chances are they breed their own, and pick up "The Ball Python Manual" by Advanced Vivarium Systems it's in-depth but understandable reading. I'm familiar with Ball Pythons but not an expert, when I obtained my snake, the book and the specialty shop employees were life savers.
