The third biggest meat-eating dinosaur is often considered to be Spinosaurus. This massive predator could reach lengths of up to 50-59 feet (15-18 meters) and weighed several tons, making it larger than the more well-known Tyrannosaurus rex and Giganotosaurus. Spinosaurus is distinctive for its sail-like structure on its back and its semi-aquatic lifestyle, which included hunting fish. Its size and unique adaptations set it apart as one of the largest carnivorous dinosaurs.
