Yes, but not to camouflage like a chameleon. Bearded Dragons will change colour in response to temperature or stress. Darker colouring can be indicative of your dragon being cold, stressed or angry. Mid-colouring indicates complacency. Lighter colouring - up to white - indicates either your dragon is warm to hot, or very relaxed and complacent (eg. sleeping). In conjunction with loss of appetite light colouring may also indicate shedding, or illness.
