How to install headers to a 1990 Acura Integra?

For a one piece header you have to drop the cross member and then it goes right on. I have the same problem with my DA. It's a pain in the a$$. And it doesn't help that the previous owner of mine bottomed the car out and bent in the bolt heads so now I have to take out my radiator to do it. Now for a two piece header you put the exhaust port side, or the upper side on first, then go from under neath and it goes on like a glove.
