attitude: Be positive and Polite to the customer, also help as much as you can, have a polite conversation for example; 'how are you today?' no matter how their attitude is dont say anything to put the client off the product. just stick to saying the positive stuff! don't bore them with details just get straight to the point. just be relaxed and be yourself!
