What is sclerosing papilloma?

Sclerosing papilloma is a benign breast tumor characterized by a proliferation of epithelial and stromal tissue, leading to a hard, fibrous mass. Although it is not cancerous, its diagnosis is important, as it can mimic more serious conditions on imaging and histological examination.
