What are the latest research topics in Management?

In my opinion, the most important topics and projects on management's lists are Cloud Computer projects, services and integration; data base analytics and monetization ("big data"), Equally important is ALL the discussion around Human Capital-people-their recruitment, development and (This is MY term I use in this regard when consulting) the Lifetime Value of a businesses individual personnel investment-their contribution near and future, their "revenue potential" which could mean anything from actual sales, to profits contributed through productivity- all entirely fertile areas for deep management thinking.
