What is Chinese chicken with cashews?

There is a Chinese cabbage salad, which - if you add chicken - becomes Chinese, or Asian, or Oriental Chicken Salad.

The cabbage (or cabbage and chicken) is dressed with an oil and vinegar dressing which uses the seasoning mix from Ramen Noodles.

Before serving, the salad is topped with a crunchy mixture of the Ramen noodles (broken), and slivered almonds, toasted on the stove in oil and butter.

I know there are many variations of this salad.
