You click on a fuse and it will switch to the other colour (that's how you spell color in Canada) and all the ones around it will also change colour but not the diagonal ones.

For example:

Result:

So the one you selected and all the ones surrounding it (not including diagonal ones) will change colour. Try to get them all green to turn the power back on the Night Club. There's an instruction sheet on the right side of the fuse box.
