How do you catch a glis glis?

We have managed to catch Glis glis before, and it all depends on whether you want the little creature to remain alive. You can use a cage style trap, on which a little door closes after the Glis glis has entered, you can use fruit, cheese or bread to lure them in, and then once caught inside i have heard of the entire cage being immersed in water to kill the Glis glis, or you can remove them if destined for your kitchen. Alternately, you can use a large Snap style Rat trap, loaded with fruit, cheese or bread, which will break their neck and kill them almost instantly.
