Is it safe to take Effexor and excederin pm?

Excedrin PM contains acetaminophen (Tylenol) and diphenhydramine (Benadryl).

It can be taken nightly with minimal risk, however, if you feel the need to take something for pain and sleep every night, you should speak with your doctor.
