Where is the gas cap release on a 2018 Chevy Malibu?

On a 2018 Chevy Malibu, the gas cap release is located on the driver’s side of the vehicle. It can be found on the lower left side of the dashboard, near the door, and is labeled with a fuel pump icon. Simply pull the lever to unlock the fuel door, which is situated on the rear quarter panel of the car.
