Susan Grund is a fictional character created by a woman named Laura Albert, who wrote under the pseudonym J.T. LeRoy. Laura Albert pretended to be J.T. LeRoy, a bisexual teenage boy, in order to gain recognition and success as an author. The deception was eventually revealed in 2006.
