What happens at stuff your face with bass?

... I would have thought it was self expanatory. But, <sighs>, your face gets stuffed full of bass, or in human terms, you listen to some music which contains a bassline of around 20 octaves below "middle C", and a synthesised drum beat, consisting mainly of closed hi hat semi quavers and triplet variations, while female vocals (sometimes also synthesised) are placed several octaves higher, and mixed around with to create a different feel to the song. <breathes in sharply>
