Is rohypnol a stimulant

Rave drugs that are generally taken would be Hallucinogenics or Stimulants. Depressants are not much for partying all night. Drugs like marijuana, ecstacy, MDMA, methamphetamines, psilocybin mushrooms, GHB, etc. are all known drugs at the rave scene which are all either stimulants or hallucinogenics.
