Does it hurt to get your cheeks peirced?

It pinches slightly. It depends on your pain threshold. If you scream in pain and pass out from something like a tiny paper cut, i would not recommend it. On the other hand, if you trip and skin your knee up and sit up and say "ouch, the kinda stings a little bit" you should be perfectly fine. Happy Piercing!
