What is meant when called a bangee?

ha it's funny that you should ask. Well, when you are goofing off or messing around being crazy or hyper what does your mother say? "Stop being a bangee and settle down!" right? well it just means that you're getting out of control. similar to being a hooligan, heathen, or a monkey. Oh, the sweet days of childhood. :)
