No. Almost never.

The minimum height most men have to be (especially if the woman is at least 5'9") is 6'1". Anything below that is usually "not good enough" or "not ideal." 6'1" and up is considered a "real" man to most American and UK women. Probably because most women fall in the 5'0"-5'10" range, so five-something is synomous with women. While few women at all are in the 6'0"-6'11" range, so that is what makes a "real" man to these women.

Alternatively, in Europe, the cutoff is 180 cm, which is actually far less than 6'1". This is because again, it is a solid base number.
