Is the quileutes the only wolf tribe in twilight?

Yes and no. Technically they are the only wolf tribe in the Twilight Saga but in Breaking Dawn Jacob leaves Sam's pack and starts his own pack (wolf tribe) but since Jacob is a Quileute decedent, yes.
