How bad is it to stay inside all the time e.g - staying all day on the computer and not going out with your friends. I am trying to get my friends to come out just for once?

I stay inside all the time on the computer/xbox and I feel fine but my mom tells me it's not good for you.

Good luck getting your friend outside cause It takes a lot to get me outside
