How old do you need to be to get snake bite piercings In Az?

At least 16 but my adivise is to not get snake bites because your going to end up with 2 holes in your mouth, it wont look good at all. And what if they get infected? you'd be screwed. But imagine kissing somone with snake bites... it might hurt or just feel... not right.
