Is nights is a girl or boy?

NiGHTS is referred to as a boy since it is rude to call NiGHTS 'it'. NiGHTS is genderless, unless he dualizes with a boy, which makes him a boy. However, if NiGHTS dualizes with a girl, it make NiGHTS a girl. The same applies to Reala, Jackle (from the previous game) and all other nightmarens. This also applies to the original game.
