Where is the transmission control module in a 97 Honda Prelude?

Inside the car, on the passenger side in the front, if you pull up the carpet where your feet go, you'll see a metal piece that angles up where you would rest your feet. the tcm is bolted on to the back side of that metal plate.

I just took mine off on my 97 prelude so I'm pretty sure about this!
