Who is the blonde in the Avengers?

She is Carol Danwers/ Ms.Marvel (or "Warbird" and "Binary" as she is called in some stories). She is one of the members of the "Old Avengers" and has many powers such as flight, super strenght, super vision, super speed, super strong skin and energy absorption.
