Are Indian Runner Drakes always very aggressive?

I have two Indian runners and they both are males and I'm not sure if its because they don't have a female to pick on but they are constantly attacking me and my other animals; dogs, chickens, cats. They will bite my feet and legs but it's always when my back is turned. So mine are aggressive!
