What should you do if my child is not talking at 2 years old?

Mayb he is not ready.. I'm 12 years old... I didn't start talking till I was 3 and now I speak perfectly like nothing happened.. When your child reaches the age of 3 or 4 and still does not talk.. Bring her for a check up. But it's perfectly normal..
