When was St. Hilary canonization?

Saint Hope was scourged, thrown into a fire, and then beheaded. She died as a martyr. She would have been proclaimed a saint by popular acclamation since all martyrs were considered saints. There was no official canonization process in place at the time. That did not start until about the 12th century.
