How is war against terrorism affecting US financially?

We are busily bankrupting ourselves with support for marginally effective programs, a war, a police action, and spending BILLIONS of dollars to rebuild a country whose people don't want us there anyway. this war against so called terrorists has turned into a war against Iraq and now Afganistan and who knows who else. We went over there to find Osama and destroy him and his terrorist cells and in 6+years can't find a man who is over 6ft5in. tall who supossidly on kidney dialysis. Bush has gotten himself way over his head in this stuff and he is not smart enough to get himself and our country out of it. He is pompous and wants everything his way to justify his father's failure to finish desert storm the way it should have been done. thank God we only have about 100 more days with him
