How do you replace the speakers in the door of a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero?

Right below the arm where you open the door there is a cover about two inches long that needs to be popped out and under it are two screws. Believe it or not its that simple and just easily pry away at the corners and replace your 4x6 speakers

There is a screw behind the reflector in the front doors that need to be takin out also
