What happen to the fourth member of the group boys to men?

The fourth member of Boyz II Men, Michael McCary, left the group in 2003 due to health issues related to multiple sclerosis. His departure was primarily due to his struggle with the physical demands of performing. Following his exit, the remaining members continued to perform and record as a trio.
