Is algebra 2 grade 10 or 11?

i believe it is 11th grade...because algebra 1 is 9th and geomitry is 10th.....at least that's what it is where i come from>

In my school, advanced people do it in 9th grade, normal do it in 10th, and people who generally aren't great at math do it in 11th grade.
