What should you do if you have pin-worms?

If You think you have picked up worms from somewhere don't worry about it, this can happen to any one. You can get something to get rid of them from any chemist. also don't panic they wont eat you. however the sooner you get rid of them the better for your health. Don't be embarrassed about them and pretend they are not there , you will have to do something about them sooner or later. Better sooner.
