What should you do if you suspect a casualty is suffereing from heat stroke?

If you suspect a casualty is suffering from heat stroke, immediately request medical assistance and transport. If it is safe, move them to a shaded area. Remove any extra clothing. Give them cool sips of water with a pinch of salt. Treat for shock. Call 911.
