Is DHL buying Federal Express

No, it was rumored in January that FedEx was going to buy the U.S. operations side of DHL because DHL reported that they lost almost 900 million dollars in 2007 for the second straight year. There is going to be a huge announcement in May regarding all these issues. The CEO of the DHL is also under scrunity for tax evasion and other legal issues dealing with taxes. FedEx and UPS have no official comment on both matters.
