According to one internet source, the mansion was owned by Arthur and Cindy Hawkins, and has 82 rooms, and is indeed in Bloomfield Hills. Another internet source stated that Arthur Hawkins was the retired president of Exide Batteries. Finally, a third intenet source listed that, in 2002, Hawkins was convicted of fraud for activities in the early 1990's where he and an Exide VP oversaw the sale of known faulty Exide batteries to Sears under the die-hard brand (in collusion with a Sears purchasing agent). Hawkins was sentenced to 10 years and Exide later lost the Sears contract. I found no information on its exact street location, other than the city. Filming would have been in the 1997 timeframe I believe. The location is 1530 Surria Ct, zip code 48304. It has been on the market for at least a year (as of Nov 2008) and is currently listed for $4M. Current or more information can be found on real estate sites such as zillow.com by using the address. According to neighbors in this pricey area, filming schedules were distributed as a courtesy to advise of congestion, and the owner of the nearby house at the Kensington Rd/Surria Ct corner was given a personal audience with the stars after the filming crew caused damage to their yard. Also reportedly the Hawkins' expanded this estate from its original size in the early 1990's by purchasing and tearing down neighbor's houses, not uncommon in an area where an acre lot can be worth a half million dollars or considerably more.

UPDATE 2/5/2015: According to Bloomfield Hills city tax records, the mansion is currently registered to Ram S. Garg, a local neurologist with offices in the Detroit area. The property taxes currently exceed $50,000 per year.
