Who owns the rights to Dragon Ball?

FUNimation Entertainment( formerly Funimation Productions): FUNimation has rights to all three of the Dragon Ball series including Dragon Ball Z Kai which is running on Nicktoons Network or Nicktoons. On Time Warner Cable, the channel is 183. However, I do not know if this is the same for whoever asked this question.
