If the presidend vetoes a bill, Congress votes again, and 2/3 of the members must vote in favor of the law in both the house of representatives and the senate. The Senate and the House of Representatives (the two houses of the Legislative Branch) each have to vote to override the President's veto, which requires a 2/3 majority of each house.
