he died when he was 65, in 1510. at the time he was not as popular and struggling to keep up with with new emerging artists. He didn't create any paintings throughout the last years of his life.

some say he died poor.others say he died rich with fulfillment. It's really impossible to know because he wasn't in the public eye.
