Does Lady Gaga have a Twin Sister?

In her album 'Born This Way' she has a song called 'Bad Kids' and there is a line in there which says ' I'm a twin. A generic young rebel and I'm proud of it.'. So I think she has a twin but I'm not too confident about it.
