Who were the four original people in The Quarrymen?

The Quarrymen, the band that would eventually evolve into The Beatles, were originally formed in 1956 and included John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and later, Stuart Sutcliffe. Initially, the group was primarily composed of Lennon, McCartney, and a few other members before Harrison joined as a guitarist. Sutcliffe, a close friend of Lennon’s from art school, played bass for the band in its early days.
