im 5,8 3/4 and weigh 172 lbs its ok just as long as you eat healthy food exercise and never think bad about ur self it just makes you eat more?

I think it really depends on how tall you are and your health i believe u shouldn't be over 130 for sure but then again it depends on your health make sure to check with your doctor if your concerned
