NAPH is defined as Not Able To Purchase A House. This applies to the people who are not able to afford or purchase house, it also applies to the people who have a limited budget for purchasing the house since there is a boom in real estate & for them it's impossible to buy a house so these too fall in the NAPH catagory. NAPH is also degree course & is available in very selected Universities like NMUHS & HBU. The degree can only be after bachelors & one can earn either Masters or Phd Degree in NAPH.

APH is defined as Able To Purcahse A House & it manily go to the people with no budget restrictions, they can purchase the property at any cost without any question of what kind of money they want to deal with(in regards to how much proportion of black & white money to avoid Income Tax). APH people only deal with ready in cash & the only difference between NAPH & APH is "NOT" for the former whereas "ABLE" for the latter.

The pronouncation of NAPH can be said Naa-Puuh & for APH it is Aapuuh

.

In both NAPH & APH "to" Word remains silent & is not seen in the abbrevaited form.
