Where did Bella Swan live in Phoenix?

Before Bella moved to Forks she lived in Scottsdale, Arizona with her mom and her mom's new husband.

We are given the rough address of the Ballet studio near her house in Scottsdale which is Fifty Eighth Street and Cactus. The only real address that matches this is North 58th Place off East Cactus Road in northern Scottsdale.

We know that to get to the ballet studio from the house, Bella has to walk round a couple of corners. We also know that the number of her house is 5821. If you look at the immediate area surrounding the ballet studio location there is a 5821 E Sylvia Streetwhich is literally just around the corner from the ballet studio - exactly as it is described in the books.

Also, not far from this address is the actual high school that Stephanie Meyer went to - Coincidence? I don't think so.

When Bella moved to Forks, her mom and step dad moved to Jacksonville, Florida. Unfortunately we are not given any information as to the exact location.
