Is the PS vita production going to stop coz i heard that its not running and so they going to stop producing it.so ppl r tellin me not to buy it. what shoul i do....?

These "ppl" are morons. The PS Vita just released this year, so I'm guessing it's going to be in production for at least 6 more years... the PSP is still in production for sakes.
