What are best fighter jets?

Currently the best aricraft know/released is the F-22 in the western side. Russia would be the Su 47,however not officially released and not yet finished. Some say the F-22 is the best, however it has never meet Russia's fighter yet, so it is impossible to tell which is better.Both have stealth and plenty of room for future improvement. However im sure there are even better planes out there that are created but remains a top secret and yet to be released,especially from countries like US and russia.
