Is ab plus or b- blood rare?

AB+ blood is considered one of the rarer blood types, as only about 3% of the global population has it. In contrast, B- blood is also relatively uncommon, found in about 1-2% of people. Both blood types are less frequent compared to more common types like O+ and A+.
