What is the small pea sized lump under your skin in your pubic area?

I have developed many pea size lumps under the abdomen skin. They are not painful, but the number is growing. I have been holding off on doing anything, because I have my physical in 5 days. I have not lost any weight, though I do have some pain on my right side. What could this be?
